New Service Magazine Coming Janurary 14

Retail ObserverAs many of you know, The Retail Observer, is a popular industry trade magazine for independent dealers that offers news and advice on the appliance, home furnishings, consumer electronics, plumbing and lighting industries. Our new magazine, The Voice of the Servicer  will exclusively cover how to run a service department or business and is being supported by all of the major service associations, certification entities and suppliers. The 36-page publication will be distributed six times a year in North America by many members of the Appliance Parts Distributors Association.

The Voice of the Servicer will be more than just another magazine. It will be a way for you to make a statement alongside other industry leaders that you support and understand that the independent service channel visit millions of homes everyday to service and ensure happy customers.

If you are interested in being featured as an expert columnist, simply email us a 650-word article on a related service topic, a byline and professional headshot as you would like it to appear to production@retailobserver.com. The editorial deadline for the January 2014 issue of The Voice of the Servicer is on November 25, 2013 and will be due every other month thereafter.
